Where we ship
Anywhere in India. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Delhi NCR.
What it costs
- Orders of ₹2,000 and above — free.
- Below ₹2,000 — a flat ₹99.
- Cash on delivery — available nationwide, with a ₹49 handling charge.
How long it takes
We dispatch within one working day of your order being placed, Monday to Saturday. After that:
- Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata — usually 2 to 4 working days.
- Other pin codes — usually 4 to 7 working days.
These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Festival weeks, weather and remote pin codes all add time, and we would rather tell you that than quote a date we cannot hold.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email and SMS the moment the parcel is picked up. If it has been more than three working days since dispatch and the tracking has not moved, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier ourselves rather than asking you to.
Before we ship
We are a pre-launch business. Our first shipment from Kyoto is on its way, and until it clears customs and reaches our facility, nothing on this site can be ordered — you can only register interest. The moment stock lands, everyone on the list gets an email, and shipping starts working exactly as described above.
